Yannick brings with him more than a decade of experience in Program Management and Consulting for various industries with a special focus on Financial Services. He has participated and managed projects ranging from Strategic evaluations to Delivery rollouts. Yannick pro-actively supported, and/or advised more than 20 organizations and collectively managed projects valued at more than US$100 million.
Some of the financial institutions he has worked for include BNP Paribas, CNCE, Dexia Banks and AXA. His other multinational clients includeLVMH, Chanel, Unilever, Vinci and La Poste. More recently, he led the delivery of a analytical reporting and data management solution to assist the executive decision making process at AXA Insurance, Asia.
He has worked in multi-cultural back grounds and has delivered initiatives across Europe and Asia. Yannick has a natural capacity to interact with stakeholders at various levels and has been successful in closing the traditional gap between Strategy and Delivery.
His key strengths are crafting and implementing delivery strategies. Yannick holds a Bachelor of Engineering in IT Management, and Master of Business Administration with a major in Strategy, Marketing and Leadership from the prestigious Indian School of Business.
